Iguazu Falls

“Iguazu” in the ancient local tongue means Great Water.

A trip to South America is not complete without a visit to these spectacular falls.

Located to the north east of Argentina’s border with Brazil, these falls are a freak of nature not to be missed.

Don’t be drawn into the debate as to which side is better. You simply must see both. In my opinion, the Argentinian side is better for the close up view where you really hear and feel the power of the falls, but the Brazilian side has the better overall views.

Both the Argentinian side and the Brazilian side are must sees and allow at least a day to do both.
